A thoughtful talk, marred – unfortunately but predictably – by the usual seeming obsession with blackening the church. The ludicrous idea of an uncaring church is easily dispelled by thinking of a just a few names, let’s say Mother Teresa, Father Damien, Matthew Talbot, St Vincent de Paul … and magnifying over 2000 years.
