This week, Narelle Mullins speaks of the challenge of seeing and being grateful for the “little things” with a gospel reminder from Jesus for the people to open their eyes to what is going on around them including John the Baptist and his message.
St Therese of Lisieux was a saint who valued the ordinariness of life as a way to God. The power of white privilege which can easily overlook much for which we should be grateful, urges us to move beyond what we enjoy to seek even the smallest of opportunities to practise gratitude preparing the way for kindness and justice.
