Contemplative Prayer – Liturgy May 21, 2023
In today’s liturgy we will be listening to Richard Rohr speak about the power of contemplation. He explores, how for most of us we were taught that prayer was talking to God. The prayer of silent contemplation was for those select few.
But as Richard comments, contemplation is for everyone. In contemplation we learn to commune with the divine. Learning to be in the moment, truly present to life. Truly savouring life, this is life in all its fullness.
